This page explains what cynthiaalberto.com collects when you visit, how it is used, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.
What the site collects
The contact form collects your name, email address, a subject and your message, and sends them to the studio by email so we can reply. That is the only personal information the site asks for. Purchases in the shop are handled by the shop provider under its own terms.
Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records the IP address, browser type and pages requested for each visit in server logs used for security and to keep the site running.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing any identifier on your device. It tells us how many people visited and which pages they looked at, not who they are. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no advertising pixels or session-recording tools.
Videos are embedded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube sets no cookies until you press play. Links to Instagram take you to Instagram, where Meta’s policies apply.
Who receives information
- Vercel hosts the site, keeps the server logs and provides the cookieless analytics.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to the studio’s inbox.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing cynthia@cynthiaalberto.com. We respond within 45 days and honor these requests for everyone.
